First, let us get to know you.
Get started by signing up for a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll maximize that time to get to know you, your style, and the vision for your event. After the consultation we’ll provide you with some ideas to meet your target budget as well as a formal EventMates quote indicating how many planner hours we’d recommend to execute your event.
Get matched with the perfect planner for you.
Our designers are hand-picked from the best in the industry. We match you with a designer based on your unique style, type of event and budget. You can also request a designer that you want to work with. Our planners have specialties ranging from indoor/outdoor weddings, kids parties, conferences, high profile corporate events and intimate dinners.
Work with your planner.
Your mate will help you with everything from venue selection to catering to design to entertainment and staffing. You’ll be able to approve everything, but we’ll guide you through the process so you aren’t missing the important details that helps make flawless events.
We can handle pieces of the event or all of it!
We can handle all of it by booking all the vendors for you, this way you don’t have to worry about contract negotiations, online purchases, etc. And we can use your credit card so you don’t have to worry about mark-ups, we’ll find you the best price every time.
